Welcome Weekend Co-Captains

Joe Lee
Co-Captain

Joe Lee

Major(s)  Neuroscience & Behavior (minor: Science & Patient Advocacy)
Hometown  Orange County, CA

What's up fellas, my name is Joseph, but the Royals call me Joe Lee. I'm a junior pre-med student from Orange County, California studying Neuroscience and Behavior, with a minor in Science and Patient Advocacy. I am a huge Tottenham fan and have been playing soccer my entire life. I now proudly play for the Notre Dame Men's Club Soccer team and the best interhall soccer team on campus, FC Graham. I have been itching for Welcome Weekend to come around since last year's Welcome Weekend ended and I am so excited to meet you all and welcome you all to the Palace. Feel free to reach out to any of us with any questions and make sure to stop by my room (122) and introduce yourself once the school year begins.

Jack Murray
Co-Captain

Jack Murray

Major(s)  Biochemistry (Pre-Med)
Hometown  Chardon, OH

Yoooo waddup guys! I'm Jack, a junior majoring in biochemistry on the pre-med track, and I come from Chardon, OH (~30 minutes east of Cleveland). Though I'm not nearly as tekky as Joe Lee, I love playing soccer and supporting Liverpool (YNWA). I'm a lifelong Notre Dame Football fan, an average fisherman, and a bagpiper in the Notre Dame Bagpipe Band (keep an eye out for us on gamedays). I also am always down for some casual spikeball, pickleball, or Fortnite duos. If you ever need to find me, I'll probably be somewhere in 2B – either in my room (242) or hanging out in one of the quads. I can't wait to meet all of you! Welcome to the Palace!

J.J. Tice
Co-Captain

J.J. Tice

Major(s)  Electrical Engineering & Theology
Hometown  Ridgeland, MS

Hey Guys! My name is J.J. and I'm a junior majoring in both Electrical Engineering and Theology, and I am from Ridgeland, Mississippi (15 min north of Jackson). I am a huge football fan (obviously ND but also my beloved Washington Commanders), love hiking and video games, and can't wait to meet y'all in the fall. On campus, I participate in many engineering-related groups as well as Campus Faith, so if you're interested in either of those, don't be afraid to reach out. My room is the quad over the arch on the 4th floor (451) and will be open almost all the time for you to pop in. Roll Graham!
