Gameday Banners

Since the 1970s, Royals have painted banners on the eve of every home game to taunt the opposing team. It's one of Graham's most famous traditions — other dorms have tried (and failed) to replicate our fabled banners. First home game is September 12th against Rice, so start brainstorming.

Royals at the Go and Do Likewise Dinner

Go and Do Likewise Dinner

An end-of-year dinner celebrating our community and everything it has achieved, with guests from the Notre Dame faculty. It's a chance to gather and reflect on our core beliefs and values. It's typically hosted in the Dahnke Ballroom, overlooking Notre Dame Stadium.

Notre Dame's Got Talent

Notre Dame's Got Talent™

Our signature event and campus' premier talent show. Royals and members of campus sign up to show off everything from musical acts to magic tricks to "solving" Rubik's Cubes. It is judged by the Notre Dame quarterbacks, with the winner taking home a football signed by Marcus Freeman.

Graham Family Hall residents with food bank donations

Food Bank Fridays

Royals spend Friday afternoons in the fall packaging food at the Food Bank of Northern Indiana — a great way to help others, spend time together, and truly Go and Do Likewise. We also partner with the Women's Care Center and Holtz's Heroes throughout the year.

Graham Family Hall retreat group

Graham Retreat

A spiritual retreat to not only grow in your faith but also get away from the hectic pace of college life. It's a great time to enjoy nature and have fun with your friends, and is usually held once a year.

Culture

Go and Do Likewise sign

Go and Do Likewise

Our dorm's motto, taken from the Parable of the Good Samaritan in the Gospel of Luke. A sign bearing the words sits just inside Graham's front door, and we touch it on the way out each day — much like the iconic "Play Like a Champion Today" sign in Notre Dame Stadium. The Samaritan stopped to care for an injured stranger when others passed by; Jesus tells us to "Go and do likewise" (Luke 10:37). We try to live it.

Open Door Policy

An integral part of fostering our community. Keeping our doors open, welcoming others in, walking around the dorm, and saying hi keep our large dorm tight-knit. With quads and six-mans full of common rooms, our sections frequently look more like section lounges.

Graham jerseys

Graham Jerseys

Hands down the best dorm merch on campus. Ubiquitous among the men of Graham, the jerseys show our pride and make it easy to spot a fellow Royal while you're still learning names.

Graham Interhall soccer team

Interhall Sports

Our dorm puts forward teams to compete in a variety of different sports against other dorms. This past year, we won both the Interhall Hockey and Interhall Indoor Soccer Championships, and would like to continue this tradition.
